Itinerary Details
Today morning at 8 AM the expedition starts from Shimla a- we start the journey. To the middle land bay crossing the rampur bushier, during the journey from Shimla to Sarahan - you will cross Kurfri and Narkanda. We take a stop at Narkanda for Tea ( own exp) and leave towards Sarahan.
Sarahan - small village of HP is place for Bhimakali temple - which is one of 51 Shakti Peeth. If time permits - today we will visit the temple, else next day morning, overnight stay at hotel with dinner
Wake up and lap of nature and after breakfast take blessing of Devi Bhimakali and then proceed to Sangla / Chitkul, Chitkul and Sangla is part of Kinnuar and offers narrow road to reach with beautiful view of snow clad mountains. On the way can stop at Sangla market and reach Chitkul. Overing and dinner at Homestay ( enjoy the bonfire in the evening)
Get up early in morning, we set up for breakfast and check out and leave for Tabo. Distance between Kalpa to Tabo is around 211 kms and it will take around 6hrs time to reach Tabo. But in between we will stop on various points on the way to take beautiful pictures, we will cross the Mailing Nala as well. Tabo is small village on the bank of river Spiti is beautiful. Today if time permits visit to Tabo monastery or will be visited next day morning, Tabo monastery is not like other monersatries which are located high enough, but this monestary is laying on the bottom of the valley. Dinner and overnight stay at home stay.
Get up in morning, set up for breakfast and another day ahead for adventure - today we take route to Kaza but on they way we will visit the Dhankar Monastery - was built as a fort monastery on the central Tibetan pattern and is situated on the elevation of 12774 feet above sea level.
We will visit the Mud village in pin valley - this village is last village on the spiti side of Pin valley national park and is base for treks in the park. Mud has 2 Buddhist nunneries, mediation caves and shelters. Later we keep journey on to Kaza. Diner and overnight stay at homestay in Kaza.
Morning after breakfast - we set to visit the most iconic villages & attractions of Spiti valley -
Langza - located on latitude of 14500 is a beautiful village of Spiti and beauty of this place is enhanced by the statue of buddha just above the Lanzga village. A 360 degree view of from near to the status adds icing on the cake once you are there.
Hikkim - know for one the highest post office in the world located an altitude of 14500 feet - this tiny village in spiti district has its own charm to visit.
Komik - is said to be the highest moterable road in the world located at the altitude of 15049 feet above see lavel. Todays journey will end by visiting these beautiful places, we rest in home stay with delicious food.
Morning after breakfast - today again leave to visit the some more attractions of spiti valley including Key monestary, kiber village, Chichim bridge, kiber was once the highest moterable road in the world, but left behind by Hikim, Key monestary is located on beautiful site and monastery has its own charm, Chicham bride tooks around 14year for competition - so visiting the bridge and gathering memories will cherish you for life time, todays exploration ends here - later you can visit the Kaza market ( its very small market - but by visiting the local market you will get the idea of local life in the area.
Morning after breakfast - leave for Kalpa, Kalpa - a small village on the satluj river valley located at 2960 meter high above sea level is famous for its apple orchid is alway there to welcome you. Kalpa is located at the base of kinner Kailash snow capped peaks. The shivling peaks rise up to 20,000 feet. If time permits sightseeing nearby Kalpa visiting Suicide point etc, over night and dinner at homestay.
Get up in the morning and set out for breakfast, you can. Enjoy the glimpse of Kinner Kailash from here. Here our tour is coming to end - but its not just end of the tour - its new beginning of life by looking behind that what we have explored in previous few days - as life in cities / metros are FAR different then what we have explored. We drive to Shimla and drop you at your place / hotel which you have booked.

- If you wish to drive your own vehicle but want to be part of the group tour - do let us know - we will provide you separate cost for the same.
- Cost of package is based on group sharing basis - home stays have option of group bed system
- If you wish to take a separate rooms for your self at all the places, please let us know - we can arrange the same and give you cost.
